Hello, I'm Yaju! A digital communications strategist and advocacy campaign operator who's spent five years building campaigns, communications, and capacity across the social impact ecosystem. Lately, I've been focused on the intersection of labor rights, responsible technology, racial justice, and global advocacy.

I've juggled the heat of agency life managing 5-10 clients through election cycles and moving headlines, kickstarted fresh with a revamped clean technology team in-house, forged stories and content across 60+ countries with a global labor rights organization, and crafted communications that put power back into workers' hands and helped them win.

For the past few years, I've been the engine behind my own independent consultancy, helping mission-driven organizations show up with intention, consistency, and grit. The range of what I do mirrors how I operate: I love making the complex, scary, overwhelming systems into accessible sources of power, knowledge, and action.
My favorite parts are the messy brainstorms turning into sharp strategy, backspacing copy until the right line hits, improving workflow systems and helping a team enjoy the process better, and delivering storytelling that rewrites narrative.

I care a lot. I have spent my entire life—either personally, professionally, politically—challenging dominant narratives, rewriting who holds power, and finding creative, collective ways to disrupt the status quo. All with a little spunk, critical optimism, and playful joy!
